• Italian Restaurant Trattoria Alvito is looking for an experienced, friendly, and reliable Bartender / Server to join our team in North Fort Myers.

This is a cross-trained front-of-house position . The ideal candidate must be comfortable working both behind the bar and on the restaurant floor, depending on the needs of the shift. Teamwork, flexibility, and excellent customer service are essential.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages Take food and drink orders from guests Serve tables and provide friendly and attentive customer service Welcome and seat guests when needed Run food from the kitchen to tables Clear, clean, and reset tables Answer phone calls and accurately take pickup/to-go orders Handle POS transactions and payments accurately Maintain the bar and dining areas clean and organized Restock bar and service supplies as needed Assist other front-of-house team members during busy periods Follow responsible alcohol service and food safety procedures

Requirements:

Previous bartending and/or serving experience Knowledge of classic cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits Strong customer service and communication skills Friendly and professional attitude Reliable and punctual Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment Comfortable performing different front-of-house duties as needed Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Compensation:
