Duties Diagnose, assess the extent of the problem, document findings and make decisions to repair the product and/or replace parts of various home appliances including refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, and dishwashers using schematics and technical manuals Troubleshoot equipment issues by interpreting electrical diagrams, and mechanical schematics to identify root causes Operate company vehicles responsibly for service calls while adhering to safety protocols Utilize hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to perform repairs and maintenance tasks with precision Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction during each visit Immediately and accurately process paperwork and perform data entry upon completion of each job Properly utilize all safety equipment (PPE), vehicle and diagnostic tools Experience Proven experience as a service technician or field service professional specializing in appliance repair or HVAC systems Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools, power tools, and equipment troubleshooting techniques Familiarity with electrical work, refrigeration systems, plumbing connections, and electrical schematics Experience operating equipment such as box trucks or delivery vehicles in a safe manner Knowledge of maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) practices related to household appliances Ability to read technical diagrams including schematics and ladder logic for troubleshooting complex systems Prior experience in appliance installation or repair combined with excellent customer service skills Join us to be part of a dedicated team that values technical expertise and exceptional service!
