In this role, you will diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair appliances efficiently while providing outstanding customer service. Your expertise will ensure appliances operate smoothly, enhancing customer satisfaction and trust. Responsibilities Diagnose and troubleshoot appliance issues using detailed specifications, electrical diagrams, and technical manuals Perform repairs on various appliances including refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, and dishwashers utilizing hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment Apply refrigeration principles when servicing cooling appliances or systems involving refrigerant handling Communicate clearly with customers about repair processes, timelines to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction Operate company vehicles responsibly for field service appointments while adhering to safety protocols Utilize electrical work skills to troubleshoot wiring issues or component failures in appliances Assemble appliances parts as needed before installation or repair procedures Maintain accurate documentation of service activities, parts used, and diagnostics performed for each job Utilize company software Experience Proven experience in appliance repair or related field service roles with a strong understanding of mechanical systems and electrical components Familiarity with reading specifications, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals for troubleshooting complex equipment Hands-on experience with refrigeration systems, plumbing connections, electrical wiring, and power tools Experience operating company vehicles in a field service environment with a focus on safety and reliability Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally Background working with maintenance, repair, operations (MRO) practices in a fast-paced setting is preferred Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering top-tier appliance solutions!
