This position is responsible for the repair of major home appliances such as Washers, Dryers, Ranges, and Refrigerators. This position provides prompt, quality repairs of customer's products while maintaining high levels of customer service, and requires travel within the assigned area.

Responsibilities:

Identify, analyze, and repair appliance failures, ensuring customer satisfaction. Research and order necessary parts to complete repairs. Provide accurate and timely estimates to the customer. Exceptional communication and strong interpersonal skills, including written correspondence. Must be a self starter and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Maintain assigned inventory. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Familiarity with home appliances and/or refrigeration repair is desired. A Type I Refrigerant Recovery Certification is desired, but not required. Knowledge and proficiency in the use of appliance tools & diagnostic test equipment (Multi-meter, etc). Technology proficient with the ability to quickly learn new applications. Valid driver's license with a clear MVR. Must be able to successfully complete the pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background check. Must have your own tools. Meet physical requirements generally associated with field service repair (lifting, bending, etc.). Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs (Mon - Fri). Excellent communication, organization, time-management and customer service skills.
