Use tablet and/or smartphone technology to manage daily tasks. Work independently while collaborating with team members when needed. Handle other duties as assigned to keep operations running smoothly. Qualifications A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Previous experience in appliance servicing or repair is preferred. A valid driver's license and a clean motor vehicle record are required. Strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and a high attention to detail. Ability to safely lift up to 100 lbs following Grand Appliance Safety protocols. Customer service skills are required as you will be communicating with customers about their service.
