Appliance Agent INC is seeking an experienced Appliance Repair Technician to diagnose, service, and repair residential appliances in customers' homes. Previous appliance repair experience is required. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair residential appliances Troubleshoot appliance issues accurately and efficiently Travel to customers' homes for scheduled service calls Explain repairs and proper appliance use to customers Provide professional and courteous customer service Maintain accurate service information and documentation Maintain company vehicle, tools, phone, and equipment Follow company safety and service procedures Qualifications Previous professional appliance repair experience required Experience diagnosing and repairing multiple appliance types Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Professional communication and customer-service skills Ability to work independently in customers' homes Dependable and punctual We Provide $27-$33/hour based on experience Company vehicle Company mobile phone Company Shirts To be considered, please include your previous appliance repair experience when applying.
