Duties Diagnose and repair a variety of household appliances including refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, and dishwashers using detailed schematics and technical manual Troubleshoot equipment issues by interpreting electrical diagrams, ladder logic, and mechanical schematics Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to perform repairs and maintenance tasks with precision Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to extend appliance lifespan and optimize performance Communicate clearly with customers about repair processes, timelines, and maintenance tips to enhance their experience Experience with or without experience Proven experience in appliance repair or maintenance with a solid understanding of refrigeration systems and electrical work Familiarity with reading schematics, ladder diagrams, and mechanical drawings for troubleshooting complex equipment Hands-on experience with plumbing, electrical wiring, assembly, and equipment repair techniques Knowledge of MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations) procedures to ensure safety standards are met during all tasks Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and specialized diagnostic equipment for effective repairs Strong customer service skills combined with technical expertise to provide professional support in all interactions with or without experience
