What We're Looking For We're seeking someone who: Has proven experience diagnosing and repairing major household appliances Takes ownership of their work and strives for excellence Leads with humility, integrity, and professionalism Enjoys mentoring and encouraging others Communicates clearly with customers and teammates Is dependable, organized, and self-motivated Thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Values honesty, accountability, and continuous improvement Responsibilities Diagnose and repair refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, ranges, and other major household appliances Accurately identify issues using electrical and mechanical troubleshooting techniques Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical documentation Provide exceptional customer service with professionalism and respect Document repairs thoroughly and accurately Maintain company tools, equipment, and service vehicles Support and encourage fellow technicians by sharing knowledge and leading by example Uphold company standards of quality, integrity, and customer satisfaction What We Offer We believe exceptional people deserve an exceptional workplace.
