Experienced appliance techs:

our technicians earn $70K

• 110K a year. You get a company vehicle, all your tools, and you're paid on the work you produce
• not a flat wage. APS Electronics has serviced northern & southern Massachusetts for 10+ years, contracted directly with major brands
• Electrolux, Frigidaire, GE, Miele, LG, and American Home Shield.

We keep our techs on full, tightly-routed schedules in a set region (Boston / North Shore / MetroWest), so you spend the day fixing appliances, not chasing work.

How you earn here:

• Experienced techs work on commission
• a 25% share of the work you complete. The more jobs you turn, the bigger your check. Our top techs currently take home between $73,000 and $114,000 a year.
• Prefer steady? An hourly track at $30/hr is available.
• Factory warranty work (Electrolux / GE) pays a per-job bonus on top. What we hand you day one:
• Company vehicle + gas card
• most shops make you use your own
• All company tools provided
• $2,500 loyalty bonus after 12 months

Requirements:

• 3+ years diagnosing and repairing residential appliances (washers, dryers, ranges, refrigerators, dishwashers)
• Reads wiring schematics, uses a multimeter, brings your own diagnostic habits
• Sealed-system / EPA 608 a plus
• Valid driver's license, clean record, customer-facing and reliable
• Based in or commutable to Boston / North Shore / MetroWest Phone interview within 24 hours of applying.
