We are seeking experienced Appliance Repair Technicians who take pride in quality repairs and customer service. Pay Competitive hourly pay Pay based on experience, skills, and market location Ongoing training provided Responsibilities Diagnose and repair residential appliances including: Refrigerators Washers & dryers Dishwashers Ranges, ovens, and cooktops Dispatch from home to customer locations Maintain high customer satisfaction Communicate effectively with customers, dispatch, tech support, and management Complete electronic service records using a company-issued tablet Collect payments and process transactions in the home Work independently while supporting team goals Requirements 2+ years appliance repair experience (full-line preferred) Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills Customer-service focused and professional Ability to lift: 50 lbs regularly Up to 125 lbs occasionally Basic computer skills (tablet/iPad experience required) Valid driver's license Willing to pass: Drug screen Background check Driving record check Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance Health Savings Account (HSA) with company contributions Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid holidays
