Full Job Description Responsibilities:
- Install and assemble various equipment and appliances according to specifications
- Perform repairs and maintenance on appliances and equipment as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service during installations and repairs
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with appliances and equipment
- Ensure all installations are completed safely and efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and customer interactions
Skills:
- Mechanical knowledge and aptitude for equipment assembly and repair
- Experience in appliance repair or related field service is preferred
- Strong customer service skills to interact with clients in a professional manner
- Knowledge of electrical systems and ability to handle basic electrical tasks
- Ability to operate a box truck for delivery and transportation of equipment
- Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose issues and find effective solutions
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team to complete installations
