The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical and electrical background, with experience in field service and customer service. As an Appliance Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various household appliances, ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively. Your expertise will help us provide exceptional service to our customers while enhancing their overall experience. Duties Diagnose and troubleshoot appliance malfunctions using schematics and technical manuals. Perform repairs on a variety of appliances including refrigerators, washers, dryers, and HVAC systems. Assemble and install new appliances as required during delivery or service calls. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding repairs and maintenance. Maintain accurate records of services performed, parts used, and customer interactions. Ensure compliance with safety standards while working on electrical components and equipment. Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction. Requirements Proven experience as a Service Technician or similar role in the appliance repair field. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to work on various appliance types. Familiarity with electrical systems and HVAC units is highly desirable. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for delivery responsibilities. Ability to read and interpret schematics for troubleshooting purposes. A proactive approach to problem-solving with attention to detail in all tasks performed.
