Field Service Technician - Residential Appliance Repair Kearsley Appliance is looking for a skilled and dependable Field Service Technician to join our team. We are seeking an experienced individual with a strong mechanical aptitude, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to diagnose and repair a wide variety of residential appliances. Candidates should have a minimum of three years of experience troubleshooting and repairing household appliances and must present themselves in a professional manner at all times.

Responsibilities Include:

Drive a company provided service vehicle to customer homes throughout the service area. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential appliances including washers, dryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, ovens, ranges, microwaves, and more. Communicate repair recommendations and estimates clearly and professionally with customers. Build accurate invoices. Maintain inventory and organization of materials stocked in the service vehicle. Complete service calls in a timely manner while maintaining a high standard of workmanship. Keep detailed and accurate records of repairs performed using company software Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Job Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of residential appliance repair experience. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. High school diploma or

GED. EPA

certification is a plus but not required. Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical service manuals. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds repeatedly. Ability to kneel, bend, climb stairs, and work in confined spaces when necessary. Ability to work independently and manage a daily service schedule. Basic tablet and computer proficiency.
