Salary Range:

Technical proficiency in diagnosing and repairing major home appliances. Understanding of electrical systems and mechanical schematics. Experience using multi-meters and standard hand tools. Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities. Effective communication skills for explaining repairs to homeowners. Certification in HVAC or refrigerant handling is a plus. Responsibilities Travel to customer homes throughout the Metro-Detroit area to diagnose, fix, and install electronics & appliances. Communicate clearly with clients about the repair process, estimated costs, and timelines. Order necessary parts and manage inventory in your service vehicle. Document all service visits, parts used, and final outcomes in our internal tracking system. Ensure that workspaces are left clean and appliances are fully operational before departing.
