Responsibilities Diagnose and troubleshoot appliance problems using appropriate tools and testing equipment. Repair and service refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, ranges, dishwashers, and other household appliances. Inspect appliances to identify electrical, mechanical, and component-related issues. Replace damaged, defective, or worn appliance parts as needed. Perform routine maintenance and service procedures. Follow manufacturer specifications, technical instructions, and safety procedures. Explain repair findings, service options, and recommendations to customers. Complete assigned service calls efficiently and professionally. Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, parts used, and service activities. Use hand tools and diagnostic equipment safely and effectively. Keep tools, equipment, and work areas clean and organized. Communicate service updates with customers and team members. Maintain a professional and courteous attitude during customer visits.
