The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting abilities, technical knowledge, attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach. Responsibilities Diagnose and troubleshoot residential appliance problems using appropriate tools and testing equipment. Repair and service refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, ranges, dishwashers, and other home appliances. Inspect appliances to identify electrical, mechanical, and component-related issues. Replace damaged, defective, or worn appliance parts as needed. Perform routine maintenance and service procedures. Follow manufacturer specifications, technical instructions, and safety standards. Explain service findings and recommended repair solutions to customers. Complete assigned service appointments efficiently and professionally. Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, parts, and service activities. Use hand tools and diagnostic equipment safely and effectively. Maintain clean and organized tools, equipment, and work areas. Communicate professionally with customers, service coordinators, and team members. Stay informed about new appliance technologies and repair techniques. Provide dependable customer service throughout each service visit. Perform additional technician and service-related duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous appliance repair, maintenance, electrical, mechanical, or technical experience preferred. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical systems. Ability to read and follow technical manuals and service instructions. Comfortable using hand tools and diagnostic equipment. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
