Duties Diagnose appliance issues using schematics, electrical diagrams, and troubleshooting techniques to identify root causes quickly. Perform repairs on appliances including refrigeration units, washers, dryers, ovens, dishwashers, and other household devices utilizing hand tools and power tools. Install new appliances by following detailed installation procedures, ensuring proper electrical wiring, plumbing connections, and mechanical setup. Conduct routine maintenance and preventative inspections to extend appliance lifespan and optimize performance. Communicate clearly with customers about repair processes, maintenance tips, and safety precautions to enhance customer service experience. Qualifications Proven experience in appliance repair or field service roles with a strong understanding of mechanical systems and electrical work. Familiarity with schematics, , refrigeration systems, plumbing connections, and electrical troubleshooting techniques. Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment necessary for appliance installation and repair. Knowledge of MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations) practices to ensure efficient service delivery. Ability to operate equipment safely while adhering to company vehicle operation policies. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally. Experience working with electrical systems, refrigeration units, plumbing connections, and general appliance assembly is highly desirable. 1099 position.
