Summary As an Appliance Technician at Fred's Appliance, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction through expert appliance repair and maintenance services. This position is essential to our mission of providing high-quality service and support to our valued customers. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair various household appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, and ovens. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally. Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot electrical issues effectively. Perform routine maintenance on appliances to ensure optimal performance. Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs performed, and parts used. Requirements Proven experience in appliance repair or as a service technician Strong electrical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. Ability to read schematics and technical manuals effectively. Familiarity with HVAC systems is a plus but not mandatory.
