Job Description

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Appliance Repair Technician to join our team. In this role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain various types of household appliances, such as refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, and more. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, technical know-how, and a customer-first mindset.
Responsibilities:
Diagnose appliance issues and determine appropriate repair solutions Perform repairs on a variety of household appliances, including but not limited to refrigerators, dishwashers, ovens, washers, and dryers Test appliances after repairs to ensure they are fully operational Maintain an organized work area and manage parts inventory for service calls Provide friendly, professional, and courteous service to all customers Complete service documentation and report on each job Keep up-to-date with advancements in appliance technology and repair techniques
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical school training in appliance repair is a plus Proven experience as an appliance repair technician or relevant role Knowledge of electrical systems, mechanical systems, and troubleshooting Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to lift and move heavy appliances when necessary
