Job Summary Join our dynamic team as an Appliance Technician and become a vital part of delivering exceptional service to our customers. In this energetic role, you will diagnose, repair, install, and maintain a wide range of household appliances, ensuring they operate efficiently and reliably. Duties Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with appliances using schematics, electrical diagrams, and mechanical knowledge Perform repairs on various appliances including refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, and dishwashers using hand tools and power tools Install new appliances accurately following manufacturer specifications and safety standards Conduct routine maintenance to prevent future breakdowns and extend appliance lifespan Communicate clearly with customers to explain repairs, provide maintenance tips, and ensure a positive service experience Requirements Proven experience in appliance repair or field service roles with a strong understanding of electrical work and mechanical systems Ability to read schematics for troubleshooting complex issues Skilled in equipment troubleshooting, refrigeration systems, and electrical diagnostics Familiarity with the use of hand tools, power tools, and assembly techniques for appliance repair and installation Experience with maintenance, repair & operations (MRO), including servicing large appliances in residential or commercial settings Valid driver's license Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally Knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing connections, and refrigeration components is highly desirable Ability to work independently in the field while maintaining safety standards and quality workmanship Embark on a rewarding career where your technical expertise makes a real difference!
