Job Summary Alliance Appliance Inc. is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and service-focused Appliance Service Worker to support appliance repair, maintenance, and service operations. This role involves assisting with appliance inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, parts preparation, equipment testing, service documentation, and professional customer support. Responsibilities Assist with inspecting household appliances to identify service and repair needs. Support technicians with troubleshooting and basic appliance diagnostics. Assist with appliance repairs, maintenance, installations, and service calls. Prepare tools, replacement parts, equipment, and materials for scheduled service jobs. Safely use basic hand tools and service equipment as instructed. Assist with removing, replacing, and installing appliance components. Follow established repair procedures, manufacturer guidelines, and workplace safety standards. Test appliances after service to help verify proper operation. Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas. Handle tools, parts, equipment, and customer property carefully and professionally. Assist with loading, unloading, and organizing service equipment and materials. Communicate parts, equipment, and service needs to technicians or supervisors. Document completed service work and report repair-related information accurately. Provide courteous and professional assistance to customers during service visits. Help organize inventory of tools, replacement parts, and service supplies. Report equipment issues, maintenance needs, or unexpected service conditions promptly. Support technicians and coworkers during busy service periods. Follow company procedures, safety requirements, and customer service standards. Perform other appliance service and support duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous appliance repair, maintenance, mechanical, electrical, technical, or service experience is preferred but not required. Basic familiarity with hand tools and service equipment is helpful. Willingness to learn appliance repair, troubleshooting, and maintenance procedures. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions. Dependable, responsible, and professional work habits. Good communication and customer service skills.
