We are looking for a dependable technician with strong troubleshooting skills and experience in appliance repair, refrigeration, HVAC/R, electrical, or commercial equipment service. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair residential and commercial appliances Service refrigerators, freezers, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, ranges, and ice machines Diagnose refrigeration and sealed-system problems Perform compressor, evaporator, condenser, fan motor, sensor, control, and component replacement Recover, evacuate, vacuum, and charge refrigeration systems Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems Read wiring diagrams and equipment schematics Use multimeters, refrigeration gauges, vacuum pumps, and diagnostic tools Complete service calls and repair documentation accurately Communicate repair findings and recommendations professionally with customers Maintain company tools, equipment, and service vehicle Preferred Experience Experience in one or more of the following is preferred: Appliance repair Residential refrigeration Commercial refrigeration HVAC/R Sealed-system repair Walk-in coolers and freezers Reach-in refrigerators and freezers Ice machines Restaurant or food-service equipment Electrical troubleshooting Mechanical equipment repair Qualifications Previous appliance, refrigeration, HVAC/R, electrical, or mechanical repair experience preferred EPA Section 608 Certification preferred Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Ability to work independently Professional customer-service skills Dependable and organized Ability to lift and move equipment, tools, and appliance components as needed We are especially interested in technicians who understand refrigeration systems and are comfortable diagnosing equipment rather than simply replacing parts. Technicians with backgrounds in commercial refrigeration, HVAC/R, appliance repair, restaurant equipment, or industrial equipment service are encouraged to apply.
