What You'll Do As an Appliance Repair Technician, you'll diagnose, repair, and maintain major household appliances in customers' homes while delivering exceptional customer service. You'll work independently with the support of a professional team behind you. You'll repair appliances including: Refrigerators & Freezers Washers & Dryers Ranges & Ovens Dishwashers Microwaves Garbage Disposals Trash Compactors Other major household appliances What We Provide Competitive compensation Company service van iPad for scheduling and paperwork Company uniforms Ongoing training and professional development Dispatch directly from your home Monday-Friday schedule (No weekends) Flexible scheduling Paid time off Responsibilities Accurately diagnose and repair appliances in customers' homes. Provide clear repair recommendations and accurate estimates. Complete service calls using an iPad. Deliver outstanding customer service with professionalism and courtesy. Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and work safely at all times. Work independently while contributing to a strong team environment. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of direct appliance repair experience (required). Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems. Ability to safely use hand tools and testing equipment. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Self-motivated with the ability to manage your daily schedule. Valid driver's license with a good driving record. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally. Ability to stand, bend, kneel, crouch, climb, and work in a variety of home environments throughout the day. Ability to perform physical work safely and efficiently.
