In this full-time role, you will diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of household appliances, ensuring they operate efficiently and reliably. Your expertise will help improve our customers' everyday lives by restoring their appliances quickly and effectively. Responsibilities Diagnose appliance issues using technical schematics, electrical knowledge, and mechanical skills to identify root causes. Repair and replace components on various household appliances such as refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ovens. Follow detailed repair procedures and schematics to ensure accurate diagnostics and effective repairs. Communicate clearly with customers about repair processes, timelines, and maintenance tips to enhance their understanding and satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of service visits, parts used, and repairs performed for each customer. Requirements Proven experience in appliance repair or related field service roles with a focus on residential systems. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with electrical experience; familiarity with refrigeration, HVAC systems, plumbing, and equipment repair is highly desirable. Ability to read schematics and use ladder diagrams for troubleshooting complex systems. Skilled in the use of power tools, hand tools, and safety equipment to perform repairs efficiently. Customer service-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills to explain technical issues clearly. Knowledge of field service protocols including assembly, equipment repair, and troubleshooting HVAC or refrigeration units is a plus. Valid driver's license required.
