Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and skilled Appliance Repair Technician to join our dynamic team. As an Appliance Repair Technician, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive reliable, high-quality appliances. You'll inspect, diagnose, repair, and test appliances before they are displayed for sale, helping us maintain the excellent reputation we've built within our community. The role of an Appliance Repair Technician will provide you with the opportunity to: Diagnose and repair a wide variety of household appliances. Develop troubleshooting and technical repair skills. Work independently while collaborating with a supportive team. Take pride in delivering quality workmanship. Help provide customers with dependable appliances backed by our warranty. Responsibilities No two days are ever the same, but your responsibilities will typically include: Inspect, diagnose, and repair refrigerators, washers, dryers, ranges, dishwashers, and other household appliances. Test appliances after repairs to ensure they meet company quality standards. Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration-related issues. Replace defective parts and components as needed. Maintain accurate repair records and communicate repair status with management. Keep the repair shop organized, clean, and safe. Assist with unloading, moving, and organizing appliances when necessary. Follow all company safety procedures and best practices. Occasionally assist customers by answering basic technical questions regarding appliances. Work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality. Perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs.
