Responsibilities:
Delegates and assigns work duties. Coordinates departmental activities with other FNGP personnel, cells, and support functions, internal and external to this facility. Identifies and/or initiates appropriate action to prevent the occurrence or any nonconformity relating to product, process, and quality system either directly or by recommendation through designated channels. Controls further processing and delivery of nonconforming product until the deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected. Support the training and maintain the training matrix within their assigned zone and reporting job classes. Engages and develops team for continuous improvement. Identifies and addresses safety concerns. Leads by example and enables a positive workplace. Reports work results, concerns, and improvement ideas up the organization. Assign job responsibilities and evaluate for completion.
Qualifications:
HS diploma or equivalent. Exceptional interpersonal communication skills required to successfully lead a large team. Previous experience in leading people. Proficient with SAP, Microsoft Office Excel, and Word. Experience with ERP or EMS operations systems required: specific knowledge of SAP and Bartender software a plus. Demonstrated ability to lead and train employees.
