Duties:

• Perform appliance repair and maintenance tasks in customers' homes or businesses.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with various appliances, including refrigerators, ovens, dishwashers, washers, and dryers.
• Assemble and install new appliances according to manufacturer instructions.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and answering questions.
• Drive a box truck to transport appliances to and from job sites.
• Use schematics and technical manuals to aid in appliance repair.
• Utilize mechanical knowledge to disassemble and reassemble appliances for repair or replacement of parts.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as an appliance technician or in a related field such as HVAC or equipment repair is preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
• Ability to lift heavy appliances and equipment (up to 50 pounds) on a regular basis.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose issues accurately.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with customers professionally and effectively.
• Familiarity with refrigeration systems and knowledge of electrical circuits is a plus.
• Ability to pass Drug Test and Federal Background Check is required.
