AJ's Appliance Repair & HVAC is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Appliance Repair Technician to join our team. This is a remote field-service position , meaning technicians begin and end their workday from home and travel directly to customer appointments in a company-provided service vehicle . Responsibilities Diagnose and repair residential appliances Service refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ranges, ovens, and other major household appliances Perform electrical and mechanical diagnostics Complete sealed-system repairs when needed Accurately document diagnoses, repairs, model/serial information, and work completed Communicate professionally with customers and office staff Maintain company tools, equipment, and service vehicle Travel to scheduled customer appointments throughout your assigned service area Qualifications Minimum 3 years of appliance repair experience preferred Sealed-system experience strongly preferred Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently in the field Excellent customer-service and communication skills Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Must be dependable, professional, and able to manage a daily service schedule What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Monday-Friday work schedule Optional weekend overtime opportunities Company-provided service vehicle Medical insurance Paid holidays 401(k) Steady year-round work Support from an established and growing appliance repair and HVAC company Positive, team-oriented work environment Work Location Remote / On the Road Technicians are dispatched from home and travel to customer locations using a company vehicle.
