Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Appliance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical and electrical systems, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair various household appliances. This role involves working in the field, providing exceptional service to our customers, and ensuring that appliances are functioning efficiently. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair a wide range of household appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers. Assemble and install appliances according to manufacturer specifications and schematics. Conduct routine maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance of appliances. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding repairs and maintenance needs. Operate delivery vehicles, including box trucks, for transporting appliances to customer locations. Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs performed, and parts used. Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction. Requirements Proven experience as a Service Technician or in a similar field service role. Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of electrical systems related to appliance repair. Ability to read and interpret schematics for appliance assembly and repair. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience operating box trucks is preferred. Strong communication skills and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
