We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Appliance Technician with a minimum 1 year field experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of appliances in residential and commercial settings. This role requires a strong foundation in mechanical and electrical systems, as well as excellent customer service skills. We are hiring both independent 1099 subcontractors and W-2 employees, depending on candidate preference and qualifications.

Install, maintain, and repair various appliances Conduct thorough inspections to diagnose and troubleshoot issues Perform repairs and maintenance tasks using schematics and technical documentation Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and in compliance with safety regulations Collaborate with other technicians and support staff to ensure seamless service delivery

Proven experience in appliance repair and maintenance Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical documentation Experience with equipment repair and delivery driver roles Excellent customer service and communication skills Physical stamina to lift and move heavy appliances Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadline
