Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and skilled Appliance Technician to join our dynamic field service team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, installing, and maintaining a wide range of household appliances to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Your expertise will help customers enjoy reliable appliances and seamless service experiences. Duties Diagnose appliance issues using schematics, electrical diagrams, and troubleshooting techniques Perform repairs on various appliances including refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, and dishwashers Install new appliances following manufacturer specifications and safety standards Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to disassemble, repair, and reassemble appliances Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to prevent future breakdowns Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, and mechanical components of appliances Communicate clearly with customers about repair processes and maintenance tips to enhance their experience Qualifications Proven experience in appliance repair, installation, or related field service roles Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret schematics and ladder diagrams Proficiency in equipment troubleshooting across electrical, refrigeration, plumbing, and HVAC systems Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and specialized diagnostic equipment Experience operating company vehicles such as box trucks or service vans safely and responsibly Excellent customer service skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to clients Knowledge of MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations) practices and safety protocols Ability to work independently in the field with minimal supervision while managing multiple service calls efficiently Join our team as an Appliance Technician where your technical expertise makes a real difference!
