Summary We are seeking an Appliance Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a variety of appliances, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair appliances efficiently and effectively. Provide exceptional customer service during all interactions. Utilize schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot appliance issues. Requirements Proven experience in appliance repair, particularly with Whirlpool products preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot electrical issues. Familiarity with schematics and technical documentation. Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
