Duties Perform appliance repairs across various brands and models, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers and ovens. Interpret technical schematics and mechanical diagrams to accurately diagnose issues. Conduct electrical and refrigeration system troubleshooting to identify faults. Assemble, install and test appliances in customer's homes. Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly and answering questions professionally. Maintain detailed records of service visits, repairs performed, parts used and follow up recommendations. Requirements No experience required but preferred. Familiarity with schematics, electrical systems, refrigeration units preferred. Customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities. Hands-on experience with equipment repair, assembly, and field service operations. Valid driver's license with delivery driver experience preferred; clean driving record required for provided vehicle use.
