Must-Haves 3-5+ years of commercial foodservice equipment service experience Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Experience with commercial cooking equipment Ovens Combi ovens Fryers Griddles Steamers Dishwashers Ice machines Hot/cold holding equipment Strong electrical knowledge 120/208/240/480V systems Reading electrical schematics Using a multimeter Relays, contactors, transformers, motors and controls Commercial refrigeration experience Walk-ins Reach-ins Prep tables Ice machines Condensing units TXVs Defrost systems Refrigerant diagnostics Ability to troubleshoot electronic controls and boards Ability to read wiring diagrams and manufacturer service manuals EPA 608 certification for refrigeration Valid driver's license and good driving record Able to work independently in the field Good customer service and communication skills What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience and skill level plus pay increase for CFESA Certifications Paid medical benefits 401(k) with company match Dollar for Dollar up to 4% New-model service vans Company-provided uniforms Company-paid cell phone and tablet Paid training and career development Stable, growing company with a strong reputation and supportive culture
