What you get Uncapped commission — our technicians typically earn $1,500-$2,500 per week ($78,000-$130,000 per year). The more you complete, the more you make. $1,000 sign-on bonus — after 6 months. A family-owned team that keeps its commitments — to customers and to you What you'll do Diagnose and repair refrigerators, ovens and ranges, dishwashers, washers, and dryers in customers' homes and businesses Troubleshoot using schematics and technical manuals Install and assemble new appliances Explain the diagnosis, the fix, and the cost in plain English — before the work starts Represent our family in every home you enter What you bring 2+ years of appliance repair experience Strong electrical and mechanical diagnostic skills Ability to read schematics and technical documentation Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to safely lift and move heavy appliances Communication skills that put customers at ease EPA 608 certification a plus Who we are The Appliance Family is family-owned and operated.
