In this role, you will be responsible for delivering, installing, and troubleshooting a wide range of household appliances at customer locations. Your expertise will ensure that each installation is performed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards of quality. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work hands-on with innovative appliances while providing exceptional customer service and technical support. Responsibilities Safely transport appliances to customer sites using company vehicles and equipment Install various appliances including refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, and ovens according to manufacturer specifications and schematics Use hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing devices to complete installations accurately Troubleshoot equipment issues related to refrigeration, electrical wiring, plumbing, and mechanical components Interpret schematics and ladder diagrams for complex installation procedures Conduct routine maintenance, repairs, and adjustments to ensure optimal appliance performance Provide excellent customer service by explaining appliance features, answering questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction during the installation process Perform electrical work such as wiring connections or circuit testing as needed Utilize plumbing skills for water supply or drainage connections when required Operate company vehicles responsibly following safety protocols and traffic laws Document all work performed accurately in service reports and logs Experience Proven experience in appliance installation, repair, or maintenance with a strong mechanical aptitude Familiarity with schematics, ladder diagrams, and technical manuals for appliance troubleshooting Hands-on experience with refrigeration systems and electrical work is highly desirable Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, electrical testers, and plumbing equipment effectively Previous delivery driver experience with safe vehicle operation is preferred Knowledge of equipment repair techniques for appliances and related systems Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally Experience working with maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) procedures is a plus Join us to be part of a dedicated team that values technical expertise combined with outstanding customer care.
