You will work independently in the field while being supported by a strong dispatch and operations team. The Big Task Diagnose and repair residential appliances while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will help homeowners make informed repair decisions by clearly explaining the issue and providing the best solution. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair residential appliances Maintain communication with dispatch and management Keep your company vehicle organized and professional Maintain truck inventory and manage parts usage Complete service documentation and job notes Participate in on-call rotation when scheduled Maintain professional appearance and customer communication Participate in ongoing training and professional development What You Bring Appliance repair experience preferred Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability Basic electrical and refrigeration knowledge Strong customer service and communication skills Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to work independently in the field Desire to grow professionally in a skilled trade Compensation & Earnings At My Repair Center, we focus on what you earn, not just what you make. Appliance Repair Technicians earn:
