Coast Appliance Repair is growing in San Antonio, and we need experienced appliance technicians to take on more service calls. You are paid while you train with one of our technicians, and once you join the team you earn a commission on every job you complete.

REQUIRED

bilingual (English and Spanish). About the Role For your first 2 to 4 weeks you work alongside an experienced technician, learn how we run our jobs, and are paid $130 for each day you work. If it is a good fit for both of us, you move on to your own scheduled calls, paid by the job. Duties Diagnose and repair residential appliances at customers' homes, such as washers, dryers, refrigerators, ranges, ovens, and dishwashers Run your day's scheduled appointments, arrive on time, and explain the problem and the cost clearly to the customer Log every job in our system: diagnosis, parts used, photos, and invoice Keep track of the parts assigned to you and return unused parts Collect payment only through the company's approved methods Return to correct problems caused by your own work during our labor warranty Requirements at least 1+ year of experience repairing residential appliances Valid driver's license (a company truck and fuel card are provided) Authorized to work in the United States (verified on your first day with Form I-9) Available Monday through Saturday Pay Paid trial: $130 for each day worked while you train (about 2 to 4 weeks) After the trial, you are paid by the job (commission), not by the hour, plus 100% of your tips Your earnings depend on how many jobs you complete Paid weekly We explain exactly how commission is calculated in the interview, before you start
