Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Field Service Technician to join our team and deliver exceptional on-site service for a wide range of residential appliances. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, installing, and maintaining various systems and appliances to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. Your expertise will help keep customer's systems running smoothly, providing reliable solutions that meet our clients' needs. Responsibilities Perform troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of appliances, refrigeration units, and mechanical systems in residential settings. Read schematics, technical manuals, and electrical diagrams to accurately diagnose issues and implement effective solutions. Conduct routine inspections of mechanical systems, kitchen equipment, and refrigeration systems to identify potential problems before they escalate. Operate company vehicles safely to travel to customer sites, ensuring timely service appointments. Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly, answering questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process. Maintain detailed service records, logs, and reports for all work performed; adhere to safety protocols at all times.

QUALIFICATIONS

Proven experience as a service technician with a strong background in appliance repair, or mechanical systems repair. Knowledge of schematics, electrical wiring diagrams, and technical manuals related to appliance technology. Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical systems effectively. Experience with maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) practices across various equipment types. Ability to operate company vehicles safely while adhering to traffic laws and safety policies. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly. Leadership qualities that enable effective teamwork and problem-solving under pressure.

$30,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
