Job Description:
Primary job function includes testing, tuning, generating measurement data and troubleshooting of RF/Electronic circuits and components. Secondary job functions include assembly of RF components, fabrication and packaging of finished products for shipping. Skills /Requirements:
> Good eye-hand coordination a must. > Attention to details and good craftsmanship a must. > Good communication skills, Self-initiative with problem solving attitude a must. > Capable of working independently and responsibly. > Ability to multitask, performing different jobs, duties and tasks on a daily basis. Able to adapt to ever-changing priorities. > Willingness to learn, advance, and become a team player. > Having a production oriented mind and attitude. Capable of handling repetitive work. > Ability to work on miniature microelectronic circuitry under stereo microscope. > Ability to work with small and miniature tools such as miniature soldering iron, tweezers, exacto knife, and similar. > Experience with general Electronic Test Equipment such as Power Supplies, Oscilloscopes, DMM's, Pulse Generators, and similar is required. > Experienced level applicants should know how to work with RF/Microwave Network Analyzers, Spectrum Analyzers, RF Signal Generators, Power Meters, and similar diagnostic equipment. > Experienced level applicants should know the basic RF/Microwave components and their functions, and be familiar with RF/Microwave terms, parameters, and measurement techniques.Experience:
> Candidates applying for an "Entry Level" position must have at least a 1-2 years hands-on experience with testing, troubleshooting down to the component level in Electronic field. > Candidates applying as "Experienced" must have an average of 3-5 years hands-on experience in testing, tuning, and trouble shooting of RF/Microwave components and subsystems. Good working knowledge with RF/Microwave Test Equipment and measurement skills is required.Academic Education:
At a Minimum, A High School diploma along with a certification from a recognized and relevant Electronic training school is required. Candidates with an Associate's Degree in Electronics are preferred.Employee Benefits:

Full Time (40 Hours); Monday- Friday (8:00 AM to 4:30 PM); Flexible lunch hours; Morning/Afternoon break times (Company Paid).
Pay Rate:
