Duties Safely operate company vehicles, including box trucks, to deliver appliances to residential and commercial customers. Unload appliances carefully using appropriate hand tools and power tools, ensuring damage-free handling. Install appliances accurately by following detailed schematics, electrical wiring diagrams, plumbing requirements, and assembly instructions. Troubleshoot equipment issues on-site, diagnosing mechanical, electrical, or refrigeration problems using ladder use and equipment troubleshooting techniques. Connect appliances to existing electrical systems, plumbing lines, and ventilation as needed, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Provide exceptional customer service by explaining appliance features, answering questions, and ensuring complete satisfaction upon delivery. Conduct routine maintenance checks on delivery equipment and company vehicles to ensure operational safety and reliability. Requirements Proven experience in appliance repair, installation, or field service roles involving mechanical knowledge and electrical work. Strong understanding of schematics, wiring diagrams, and ladder use for troubleshooting electrical systems. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, refrigeration systems, plumbing connections, and assembly tasks. Experience operating a box truck or similar delivery vehicle; valid driver's license and clean driving record required. Knowledge of MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations) practices to maintain equipment and tools effectively. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally.
