Job Description US In Home Services is seeking dependable and motivated Appliance Repair Technicians to join our growing team. Applicants with or without previous appliance repair experience are welcome to apply. We provide paid training for candidates who are willing to learn and develop their appliance repair and diagnostic skills. Candidates with mechanical, electrical, maintenance, HVAC, automotive, or other technical experience are strongly encouraged to apply. As an Appliance Repair Technician, you will travel to customers' homes to diagnose appliance issues, complete repairs, and provide professional customer service. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair residential appliances Service washers, dryers, refrigerators, ovens, cooktops, microwaves, and other household appliances Complete assigned service and repair tickets accurately Explain diagnoses and repair recommendations clearly to customers Maintain accurate service records and documentation Follow company procedures and manufacturer guidelines Provide professional and respectful customer service Maintain tools, equipment, and an organized work area Communicate service updates with customers and the support team Qualifications Previous appliance repair experience is preferred but not required Applicants with no experience are welcome to apply Paid training will be provided to candidates who are willing to learn Basic mechanical or technical knowledge is helpful but not required Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage assigned service calls Good communication and customer service skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift, move, and work around household appliances Dependable, professional, and willing to follow company procedures Compensation Paid training provided Hourly pay plus commission based on completed service and repair tickets Estimated annual earnings of $40,000 to $60,000, depending on experience, productivity, and commission Full compensation details will be discussed during the interview Benefits 401(k) retirement savings plan Company contribution toward eligible retirement savings Paid Time Off (PTO) Annual PTO increase Paid training Opportunities for professional growth and advancement Company Overview US In Home Services is a home appliance service center providing in-home appliance repair services throughout the Southeast and other expanding service areas.
