Job Overview Looking to hire HELPERS for home delivery appliance installation. Times vary based on deliveries and smooth setups.

MY DESIRE FOR EVERY EMPLOYEE IS A MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY WORK WEEK. BUT THIS IS A MONDAY THROUGH SUNDAY CONTRACT.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Appliance Installers/Driver helpers to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering appliances safely and efficiently to customers' homes, performing professional installations, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Helpers will be paired with a driver to assist with deliveries and installation. Duties Safely to deliver appliances to residential locations. Unload and transport appliances using appropriate hand tools and power tools, ensuring secure handling during transit. Follow detailed installation instructions and schematics to ensure proper setup according to manufacturer specifications. Provide excellent customer service by explaining appliance features, answering questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction during each delivery and installation. Requirements Proven experience with appliance installation, repair, or maintenance in a field service environment. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with electrical experience and familiarity with plumbing systems. Ability to read schematics and use ladder safely for accessing high or hard-to-reach areas. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and equipment troubleshooting techniques. Knowledge of refrigeration systems and electrical wiring is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service; ability to explain technical details clearly.
