Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Appliance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in appliance repair, excellent customer service skills, and a strong mechanical aptitude.

Duties:

• Diagnose and repair various household appliances such as refrigerators, dishwashers, ovens, and washing machines
• Provide exceptional customer service while on-site
• Utilize mechanical knowledge to disassemble, repair, and reassemble appliances
• Perform electrical work as needed for appliance repairs
• Handle delivery and installation of appliances when required

Experience:

• Previous experience in appliance repair or a related field
• Knowledge of HVAC systems is a plus
• Strong ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve appliance issues
• Experience in field service or as a service technician is beneficial
• Familiarity with refrigeration systems is advantageous

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Appliance Technician or similar role
• Excellent customer service skills
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with various tools
• Strong electrical knowledge for appliance repairs
