Responsibilities:

Communicate clearly with customers to set expectations and appointments Diagnose, repair, or recommend replacement for covered systems/appliances Communicate clearly with customers about the issue and next steps Submit service reports and invoices

Requirements:

Proven appliance repair experience Reliable transportation and tools Strong communication and customer service skills Pay Details This is a 1099 independent contractor position. Technicians are compensated at $70.00 per hour for diagnostic work and $75.00 per hour for repair and service work. Payments are issued via direct deposit through ADP. Qualified technicians will have the opportunity to accept service assignments that fit their availability.
