Job DescriptionRole and Responsibilities Processing and completing work orders. Contacting the client to ascertain their needs. Ordering equipment supplies, repair modules, parts, and sundries for the order. Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in commercial & residential structures. Collaborate with general contractors, electricians, and other construction professionals Respond to, diagnose, and resolve plumbing emergencies Perform routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems. Light construction, carpentry, painting, plastering, flooring, ceiling and electrical work as required. Keep accurate records of time spent working, description of work performed and materials used. Installing, maintaining and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment. Identifying maintenance risks on equipment. Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems. Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems and performing warranty services Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently. Installing climate control system, refrigeration units, and beverage equipment. Observing and testing newly installed systems Troubleshooting refrigeration equipment failures Replacing worn seals, outer shells, and worn-out motors Install, troubleshoot, repair and perform regular maintenance on commercial kitchen equipment Knowledge with working on Natural Gas and Propane. Understand and reading electrical Wiring Diagrams Knowledge on how to use a Voltmeter Qualifications and Education RequirementsPreferred education & training in the above areas.
