EPA Universal 608 certification is preferred.

Minimum of 2 years of commercial HVAC service and refrigeration systems experience required; 5 years preferredAbility to obtain required Maine Gas License after hire.

Oil License preferredValid State of Maine Class C driver's licenseStrong troubleshooting and diagnostic skillsExperience with NG/LP gas systems and refrigeration equipment, including walk-in coolers and freezers, strongly preferredAbility to read and interpret technical manuals, safety procedures, and operating instructionsStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environmentAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical job duties, including climbing ladders, bending, twisting, and working in varying temperaturesProfessional demeanor and strong customer service skills.
