Perform installation, service, maintenance, and startup procedures for heating, cooling, ventilation, refrigeration, and related mechanical systemsEnsure all installations comply with manufacturer specifications, local codes, and company quality standardsTroubleshoot HVAC system issues and perform repairs when necessaryCoordinate job site activities to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on scheduleUtilize ServiceTitan mobile software to manage documentation and workflowMaintain accurate records of labor, materials, services performed, and customer interactionsCommunicate technical information and recommendations clearly and professionally to customersProvide accurate estimates for repairs and installation servicesStay current on HVAC industry trends, equipment, and emerging technologiesDeliver exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism and attention to detailFollow all company safety policies, procedures, and operational standards
High school diploma or equivalentMinimum 3-5 years of lead HVAC installation experience requiredTechnical school certification in HVAC technology preferredEPA 608 Certification preferred (training available if needed)Valid driver's licenseServiceTitan experience requiredStrong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical systems, and mechanical componentsAbility to read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and installation specificationsProficiency with HVAC diagnostic tools and softwareStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent customer service and communication skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesAbility to lift and maneuver 50+ poundsAbility to stand, bend, climb, and work in confined spaces as neededAbility to travel throughout the service territoryAbility to perform effectively in a fast-paced environmentEmployees are expected to provide their own basic hand toolsCommitment to ongoing technical, sales, and professional development trainingBAEHR Heating & Air is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
