HVAC Instructor (Full-Time & Part-Time) -

Contract-to-Hire Work Location:

Birmingham, AL Facility:

Fortis College -

Birmingham Job Type:

Contract-to-Hire Opportunity (Approx. 12 Weeks)

Schedule:

Full-Time Instructor Monday-Thursday Morning Classes:

8:00am-1:00pm

Evening Classes:

6:00pm-11:00pm

Daily Break :

1:00pm -6pm Part-Time Instructor Monday-Thursday Morning Classes (8:00am-1:00pm) OR Evening Classes (6:00pm-11:00pm) Alto Healthcare Staffing is seeking experienced HVAC professionals for Full-Time and Part-Time Instructor opportunities in Birmingham, AL. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled technician who enjoys mentoring others and helping train the next generation of HVAC professionals.

The Work:

Teach HVAC fundamentals, troubleshooting, safety, and hands-on lab skills Demonstrate HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair techniques Guide students through practical training exercises Evaluate student performance and provide feedback Maintain a safe and professional learning environment

The Fit:

EPA Certification required Minimum 3 years of HVAC field experience Strong communication and mentoring skills Comfortable working with adult learners Previous teaching or training experience is a plus If you're ready to help train the next generation of HVAC technicians, apply today.
