Lead Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Installer

Thomas Service Company is a growing HVAC company serving the greater Madison County area, and we are looking for a skilled Lead HVAC Installer to join our team. This is a leadership role for an experienced installer who can run jobs, lead a crew, and ensure high-quality installs from start to finish. Responsibilities Lead and manage HVAC installation jobs from start to completion Install a variety of HVAC systems (split systems, heat pumps, package units, mini-splits, gas, dual fuel etc.) Perform system start-ups, testing, and quality checks Diagnose and troubleshoot installation and system issues Handle set-outs, change-outs, and system replacements Ensure all work meets company standards and local codes Communicate clearly with customers and team members Train and guide junior installers and helpers Follow all company processes and safety procedures Complete part replacement repairs, cleanings and/or system upgrade Blow in attic insulation Complete ductwork and dryer vent cleanings Qualifications 3+ years HVAC experience required (installation-focused) Proven experience leading or running HVAC install jobs Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation, and diagnostics Ability to install, repair, and troubleshoot systems independently Comfortable using iPads and field service software Strong communication and customer service skills Professional appearance and attitude Ability to handle physical workload

Pay:

$35.00 per hour
